Who we are
TradeCatalog is run by Happy Webs Limited (“Happy Webs”, “we”), based in Tameside, Greater Manchester, UK. These terms cover your use of tradecatalog.app. Questions: support@tradecatalog.app.
What TradeCatalog does
Suppliers put their catalogue and prices online so their trade customers can search, see their own prices and send orders. Orders are requests: you, the supplier, confirm them, invoice and take payment yourself. We are not a party to any sale between you and your customers.
Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email secure.
- The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and for everything staff do in the workspace.
- TradeCatalog is for business use. By signing up you confirm you’re acting for a business.
Your data and prices
Everything you put in stays yours. You are responsible for your products, prices and customer details being accurate and lawful to share. You can download all of it or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
Subscription
- One subscription covers your business workspace and its team, billed monthly through Stripe after a 14-day free trial. Tax is added where it applies.
- Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid month. We don’t refund part months, but if we charge you by mistake or end the service, we refund what you’ve paid for time you can’t use.
- If payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only 14 days later: customers can still see prices but can’t send orders until it’s renewed.
- We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Your customers’ data
For the customer details you add, you are the controller and we are your processor. We only use that data to run TradeCatalog for you, keep it confidential and secure, use only the providers named in the privacy policy (telling you before we add another), help you answer your customers’ data requests, tell you without undue delay if it’s ever breached, and delete it when you delete your workspace.
Fair use
Don’t use TradeCatalog to send spam, break the law, upload malware, or try to access other suppliers’ data. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell you why.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep TradeCatalog running and keep continuous backups for 30 days, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and law
We’ll email owners about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply. If we ever stop offering TradeCatalog, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice so you can download your data. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
