One current catalogue. Fewer attachments.
Spreadsheets are a useful starting point. When each customer needs different prices and every update means another email, a shared catalogue can take over the repetitive work.

| What you need | TradeCatalog | Excel / PDF |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a product | Search by SKU, reference, name, brand or category. | Search or filter within the file you received. |
| Customer prices | Stored pricing rules for each account. | Maintain and send the right version to each customer. |
| Price changes | Schedule the change; affected buyers get their own prices. | Update the files and manage distribution yourself. |
| Orders | Product and quantity details arrive together by email. | Your existing email or phone ordering process. |
| Data portability | Import spreadsheets and export your data. | Files stay in the tools you already use. |
Think about the time you spend preparing, checking and sending each customer’s list.

Start your free trialDo I have to stop using Excel?
No. Start by importing your CSV or Excel file. You can continue preparing updates in a spreadsheet, and customers can download their own current price list as CSV.
Can every customer have their own prices?
Yes. Set a customer discount across your range, a discount for a brand or category, or a fixed price for an individual item. The most specific rule wins and discounts do not stack. Customers only see the prices agreed for their own account.
Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?
No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.
Can my team manage the catalogue together?
Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.
What does the monthly plan cover?
One subscription covers your business, with unlimited team members, products, trade customers, buyer logins and orders. Customers use it free. You pay in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD or CAD, depending on where you are. Try it free for 14 days; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
