Do I pay for each team member or buyer?
No. One subscription covers your business workspace and unlimited team members, products, trade customers and order requests. Your customers use their buyer accounts free.
Which currencies can I pay in?
The fixed monthly prices are £29 GBP, US$39 USD, €35 EUR, A$59 AUD and C$55 CAD. You pay in the currency for where you are: GBP in the UK, AUD in Australia, CAD in Canada, EUR in the rest of Europe and USD everywhere else. These are fixed plan prices, not live exchange-rate conversions. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
How do the trial and cancellation work?
You get a 14-day free trial to import your products, set customer agreements and try the workflow. The selected monthly subscription applies after your trial. You can cancel any time.
What can my team do?
Each person has their own login. Staff can manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Buyers have separate access and only see their own account prices.
Does the plan include invoicing or buyer payments?
No. TradeCatalog sends and tracks order requests. Your business confirms the order, invoices and collects payment through its existing process. Direct accounting integrations, quote workflows and retail checkout are not included.
