Does Shopify B2B cost about £2,000 a month?

That is close to the UK Shopify Plus price: from £1,800 a month on a three-year term or £1,950 on a one-year term. But B2B is no longer exclusively a Plus feature. Basic, Grow and Advanced support limited B2B catalogs too.

Is TradeCatalog always the cheaper option?

No. Shopify Basic has a lower advertised UK subscription price. Compare the account-pricing model, staff access and store functionality you actually need. TradeCatalog includes unlimited team members and customer pricing in one monthly plan.

Will TradeCatalog sync with my Shopify store?

There is no direct Shopify integration. Import a suitable CSV or Excel product file, then manage ongoing updates in TradeCatalog. Store orders, themes and integrations do not transfer automatically.

Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?

No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.

Can my team manage the catalogue together?

Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.

What does the monthly plan cover?

One subscription covers your business, with unlimited team members, products, trade customers, buyer logins and orders. Customers use it free. You pay in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD or CAD, depending on where you are. Try it free for 14 days; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
