For suppliers with contract customers

Their staff order. Only what you agreed.

Supplying a hotel group, school, facilities firm or contractor? Give the people who order for them their own logins. Each one sees only the products on that client’s approved list, at the prices in your agreement, and the order comes straight to you.

Watch how it works

See it from both sides.

A supplier switches a client to their approved list and adds products or a whole category. The client’s staff then see only those products at the agreed prices, a search for anything else finds nothing, and their orders arrive with their PO number.

Built around your trade accounts

Less checking.
More ordering.

Keep the product detail buyers need and the prices you have agreed in the same place.

01

An approved list for each client.

Set a customer account to approved list only and choose the products on it. Everyone ordering for that client sees those products and nothing else. Your other customers still see your full range.

02

The agreed price on every line.

Set a fixed price for each line in the agreement, or a discount across a brand or category. Staff see the price agreed for their account when they order.

03

Every site, one account.

Invite a login for each site manager, housekeeper or office buyer. Each order shows who placed it and their PO number, and it is emailed to your team and to them.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

How do I limit what a client’s staff can order?

Set that customer account to approved list only and choose the products on its list. Everyone who signs in for that client sees and orders only those products, at that account’s prices. Customers you don’t limit keep seeing your full catalogue.

Can several people from the same client order?

Yes. The customer’s contact email can sign in straight away, and you can invite their colleagues as extra buyers on the same account. Buyer logins are unlimited on your plan and free for the people using them.

Does the client approve each order before it reaches me?

No. There is no approval step or spending limit in TradeCatalog. The approved list and the agreed prices are the control: staff can only order what is on the list. Each order shows who placed it and their PO number, and your team confirms it as usual.

Can a product be for one client only?

Yes. Set a product to be visible to selected customers only, such as a client’s own branded workwear or a pack size made for their contract. Other customers never see it.

Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?

No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.

Can my team manage the catalogue together?

Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.

What does the monthly plan cover?

One subscription covers your business, with unlimited team members, products, trade customers, buyer logins and orders. Customers use it free. You pay in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD or CAD, depending on where you are. Try it free for 14 days; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
