Yes. Set a customer discount across your range, a discount for a brand or category, or a fixed price for an individual item. The most specific rule wins and discounts do not stack. Customers only see the prices agreed for their own account.
Does it produce a door or ironmongery schedule?
No. TradeCatalog is a searchable product catalogue and customer pricing portal. Keep specialist specification and door-scheduling work in your existing tools, and use the catalogue for product information and orders.
Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?
No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.
Can my team manage the catalogue together?
Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.
What does the monthly plan cover?
