Can every customer have their own prices?
Yes. Set a customer discount across your range, a discount for a brand or category, or a fixed price for an individual item. The most specific rule wins and discounts do not stack. Customers only see the prices agreed for their own account.
Can I import the price list my customers already get?
Yes. Upload the Excel, CSV or PDF price list you send today. TradeCatalog finds the codes, names and prices, keeps extra columns such as sizes and barcodes as product details, and shows you the result before anything is published. Lines marked POA come in as price on request.
How do customers hear about a price rise?
Set up the new list prices, choose when they start and, if you like, the day customers are emailed. Each customer gets the lines that affect them, with their own old and new prices, and can download their current price list at any time.
Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?
No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.
Can my team manage the catalogue together?
Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.
What does the monthly plan cover?
