Can every customer have their own prices?
Yes. Set a customer discount across your range, a discount for a brand or category, or a fixed price for an individual item. The most specific rule wins and discounts do not stack. Customers only see the prices agreed for their own account.
Our price book has list prices and a multiplier table. How does that work here?
Import the list prices once. Then give each account its multiplier as a discount off list (a 0.60 multiplier is 40% off), for everything or per brand or product group. When list prices change, every account’s net price follows.
Can we attach spec sheets and manuals?
Yes. Attach PDFs, drawings and certificates to any product, up to 20 each. They’re private: only your team and customers who can see the product can open them.
Does this replace my invoicing or accounting software?
No. Customers send orders through the catalogue. You and the buyer receive an email, and your team can update the order status. You confirm the order, invoice and collect payment using your existing process.
Can my team manage the catalogue together?
Yes. Invite your team to the same business workspace. Each person has their own sign-in. Team members manage products, prices, customers and orders. Owners also manage team access and billing. Customers have separate buyer access.
What does the monthly plan cover?
One subscription covers your business, with unlimited team members, products, trade customers, buyer logins and orders. Customers use it free. You pay in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD or CAD, depending on where you are. Try it free for 14 days; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
